All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Standard Shipping (Australia): 3-7 business days. Free on orders over $75 AUD.
Express Shipping (Australia): 1-3 business days. Available at checkout for a flat rate.
International Shipping: 7-14 business days depending on destination. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
All orders include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for standard products in their original, unused condition. Items must be in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@khushpindoria.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-returnable items: Custom orders, personalised products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
